BankSearch Information Consultancy Ltd ("BankSearch") is a UK-based provider of the BankSearch CRM SaaS platform and other “Services”. We act as a Data Processor on behalf of our Customers (the Data Controllers), including those located in Saudi Arabia and the European Economic Area (EEA).

BankSearch does not currently appoint a local representative under Article 27 of the EU GDPR or Saudi PDPL, as we act strictly as a Data Processor and do not make decisions on the purpose or means of processing personal data. Where required by the relevant data protection regulator, BankSearch will support Data Controllers in fulfilling their obligations under applicable data protection laws.
